Gingerbread Biscuits

I cannot say ginger is one of my favourites, but this biscuits drive me mad, I simply adore them and cannot stop till I have finished them all… they are dangerous, so be careful! 😉

Ingredients for 20 biscuits:

  • 130 gr soft Butter
  • 50 gr Molasses (or Honey)
  • 350 gr Flour 00
  • 160 gr Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 5 gr grated Ginger
  • 5 gr Binnamon
  • 1 gr Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Cloves
  • 1 pinch salt

In a large bowl mix the butter for one minute, than add the sugar and mix until soft. Add the egg and mix again.

Now add the honey, the ginger all the other dry ingredients: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and the baking soda. Mix well and add the flower.

Mix until nice and smooth. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for ar least one hour.

Make the biscuits and bake for 10/12 minutes at 180°.
