Here are the ingredients for a firm icing, to make it softer you’ll just need to reduce the sugar.
- 1 egg white
- 150 gr icing sugar
It is very simple to make. Beat the egg white gradually adding the sugar. Beat until it forms peaks. It should take about 10 minutes.
Put it in a pastry bag and free your creativity. Let it dry for a few hours.
You can keep it in a plastic container in the fridge for a couple of days.
