Oven-baked Salmon with fresh Dill and Lemon juice

 

Today I have bought some fresh dill so I’ve decided to preare a classic: salmon with dill.

Ingredients for two people:

  • 500 gr fresh salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
  • coarse table salt ar
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • evo oil
  • fresh lemon juice

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Rinse the fish under running cold water. Put it on some oven paper on a baking tray with a bit of evo oil.

Spread the dill evenly on the fish, add some coarse salt and some fresh black pepper.

Put it in the oven for 10/12 minutes.

After this the dish is ready. Serve it on a plate with a dash of fresh lemon juice.

A couple of things: first, if you prefer you can use a slice of salmon instead of a fillet; second, if you can’t find fresh dill you can use it dry… enjoy it!
