I love swordfish, it’s delicate, versatile and delicious. You can cook it in many many ways.
Today I’m going to show you a simple, light and very tasty recipe.
For two people:
- 2 swordfish steaks about 2cm thick
- 6/7 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons dried or fresh thyme
- lemon juice ar
- salt ar
- evo oil ar
Turn on the oven at 180°.
In a bowl mix well all the ingredients except the fish and the oil. Put the mixture on a shallow dish.
Now rinse the swordfish steaks under cold, running water and pat them dry with some kitchen paper.
Lay the fish in the breadcrumbs and press it well on both sides.
Lay it on a baking tray covered with kitchen paper. Sprinkle some evo oil and bake it for about 20/25 minutes.
You can serve it with lemon juice, it’s gorgeous!
