It&#8217;s very simple to make and the final density depends on the result you want to obtain. To decorate cakes and muffins you&#8217;ll need a softer icing, to make writings you&#8217;ll need something firmer.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the ingredients for a firm icing, to make it softer you&#8217;ll just need to reduce the sugar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 egg white<\/li>\n<li>150 gr icing sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is very simple to make. Beat the egg white gradually adding the sugar. Beat until it forms peaks. It should take about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Put it in a pastry bag and free your creativity.
